We would normally recommend windows defender combined with manual scans of malwarebytes periodically ie, immediate end the free trial and just do a manual scan when you like.

Just use Windows Defender. BitDefender is not needed - and you have to pay for it! You have to pay for Malwarebytes Premium too! Why pay for security that's already built in for free?
The Malwarebytes on demand scanner is useful, but be careful to disable all Premium/Pro features if you do install it. You MUST NOT ever have two realtime antimalware engines running at the same time.
