Should I buy a CPU Cooler with the new CPU or not?

I'm looking to get the i5-4670K and I'm just wondering if I should buy a CPU cooler when I buy the CPU or not.

Does this CPU have any temp issues? It'll be ran at stock speed, and my case has somewhat good cooling, albeit the dust filters near enough screwed.

Well the difference between the 4670 and 4670k is £10 and for that price it's surely good to have peace of mind that if I needed to I could overclock it later when it starts to get a tad slow?

That means getting a better cpu cooler and the cpu runs pretty hot when overclocked. It is not only spending £10 but also getting a decent cpu cooler which is going to cost +£60 probably.

Hmm good point.

Would a CPU Cooler be a wise choice for the standard 4670, or isn't it needed?

I'll need to buy a new Operating System as well won't I?

Do I have to pay the full price for a non-OEM CD or can I use the OEM version?
