if you are planning to run it at stock clock speed you wouldn't need the k version.It'll be ran at stock speed
Well the difference between the 4670 and 4670k is £10 and for that price it's surely good to have peace of mind that if I needed to I could overclock it later when it starts to get a tad slow?
