Should I be concerned about these noises?

Hi there. I recently purchased my build from PCS and it arrived around a week ago. Initially everything was great and very quiet but in the past few days I've noticed a consistent and intermittent humming coming from the machine. I haven't been able to capture it on recording as the fans are louder during the playback but I have notice it easily when my pc is idle. I believe it may be coming from my PSU or my CPU cooler's radiator but I'm not sure. Anyone who may be able to confirm or clear this up for me?

The other noises I'm concerned about only occur when I launch games. This noise here occurred when I launched a game from my M.2 SSD. It carried on until i exited the game. I don't believe SSDs are supposed to make any noise but could I be mistaken? The other noise is here from my HDD. I know HDDs will make a bit of noise because of the parts moving inside but this seems a lot louder than any of my previous PCs. The videos are quite a bit quieter than what it sounds like IRL so it's hard to correctly convey exactly how loud it is when sitting next to the rig. I'm just double checking here because I've had a few people tell me it's my fans making the noise or that the parts need to be ''worn in'' and will sound quieter after a few weeks and I'm just not sure.

Yeah I could hazard a guess it's most likely that PSU which really shouldn't have been paired with those parts.

You basically have really high end components and then you're basically powering them with the cheapest most basic entry level of PSU's. Doesn't make sense and the humming noise is most likely that PSU

With those parts I wouldn't recommend any less than a 750W RMx PSU but I'd prefer to have a 850W RMx

Just to clarify would upgrading my PSU stop the buzzing from the hard drives too? I was already looking at possibly changing the PSU because the low hum is driving me nuts but i'm concerned about the buzzing when I launch games.

I very much agree. There definitely are things could have been improved in this build, but PSU seem to be the first thing I would point the finger due to the above reasons. It could possibly be just a normal sound of this PSU, but it may be also something more serious with it.

We can't guarantee. Try to turn off PC case fans, AIO fans and see if sounds comes from PSU. We firstly need to find the source of the sound.

Would also help if you post a full list of your specs as there's a good piece of info missing.

I just went through the process of turning off the fans and the low hum does seem to be coming from the PSU so I'll be looking to upgrade that ASAP. I tested some lower intensity games to see if the buzzing would still happen and it only seems to happen on games like Destiny 2 and Sea of Thieves. I thought it might be my GPU but during stress tests it's near silent so it must be the drives making the noise? Like i said before, the videos don't really capture the sound very well but it's like a high pitched buzzing that only happens when those games are running. Is it possible the drives aren't getting enough power and are struggling hence the noise?

I see you've got a PC without an OS. Are you using Win 10 and are they fully updated with newest drivers?

Regarding PSU: "We call that coil whine. Iirc it’s the sound of vibrating copper coils when under electrical load. Unfortunately it’s an issue with the hardware itself and the higher the power usage the worse the whine will be. You can try to return it or buy a model known for less whine.". Corsair RM or RMx series are very good. Best is 850W or more to have more space for future upgrades.

I have RMx 850W - absolutely cool and quiet as its fan start working only on higher temperatures (when there's a higher power usage, for instance).

Yes using Win 10 and everything is up to date. I've ordered a RMx 850W so fingers crossed it fixes the issue. Thanks for the tips and feedback!
