hi, just having a little moan.
Ordered a Optimus II laptop last monday 5/9/11, could not have fast track due to a couple of items i had ordered, one being the screen. Still at pre-production today (6 working days).

Today i was having a play around and found if i had waited until today i could have had fast track 3 day.

So if i had waited just over a week i could have received it faster than i am going to receive it.:(

Hi Chris,

As you can understand, we cannot let customers order and pay for a service which we know we cannot provide. Unless all components are in stock, our website will prevent the Fast Track Service being ordered. At the end of the day it would only result in disappointment if we took £59 off you then said we couldn't deliver on time.

However, if all components are now in stock you can still pay for the Fast Track Service and your order will be dispatched within 3 or 5 working days from the day you upgraded to the Fast Track Service.

Hi, thanks for the reply, i know and do understand completely, was just saying if i had waited i may have got it sooner.
Wasn't moaning as such so sorry if it came across that way.

happy and sad both at the same time is a weird feeling,
happy - my laptop went into awaiting dispatch this morning, got a nice email at midday.
sad - its still awaiting dispatch, no 3pm dispatch.
Really hoping it will be here for the weekend:)
