Will my desktop be able to use this.

The motherboard I am using is the standard asus motherboard that you get with the video editing pc from pc Specalist.

Hello, Yes this will work, however you will end up having to remove the front panel pins to get it installed, but it is non dependant on the motherboard, as its justa simple fancy electrical switch with an extension
