I have a pc I brought in 2017 from here that I am considering selling. I wondered if there is a forum for this kind of post or if its even allowed?

Heya, as MartinR36 said I'm afraid its not allowed in these forums.
Firstly it's probably not in PCS's best interests to allow people to sell PC's on their forums (even ones they've supplied) as their business is selling PCs and laptops.
Also on open forums where absolutely anyone can sign up and open a forum account there would be absolutely no buyer or seller protection at all, whereas places like eBay, Gumtree etc do have that

Try Craigslist, Gumtree, Facebook, fleabay - I mean ebay etc etc
