Screens available

Hi all,
I am looking to get a new laptop. It is probably the defiance but the 15.6 model has only the 1920x1080 as a default resolution. Does anyone know if new screens are becoming available? I already email PCS, just wondering if someone already contacted PCS regarding this matter.

Got a response:

Currently the 4k panel stock is heavily in constraint from our supplier. We have been working very hard to get a consistent line of stock on this panel however as yet have not been able to. As such we cannot currently confirm dates for availability or pricing for this screen.

That said, if there are some merits to waiting a month and seeing if mobile Pascal is announced, perhaps by the time PCS Pascal laptops are available the screen supply will have been sorted. Killing two birds with one stone as it were.

I need it by the end of July so I might just wait but I don't think the mobile GPUs may be available by then
