screen brightness issue

hi

for some reason my screen brightness cannot be adjusted.
I have tried updating display adaptors but nothing.

please help

How old is this laptop?
Has the brightness control ever worked?
Have you installed any Windows updates?

It's a new laptop and it did work before.
I reinstalled windows and it is now working.
Not sure what the problem was... But nevermind
