Sorry to say but that monitor is completely wasted on that PC, totally pointless.

It's going to look dreadful because you've got a top tier GPU on an entry level poor quality monitor.

It's not the PC that's at fault, the monitor is the bottleneck.

None from PCS, they don't stock monitors at this level.

But you'd be looking at 4k 144Hz or Superwide to suit that GPU

Monitor isn't that bad though? Still shouldn't be blurry though should it on the panels native resolution? A 3080 will drive 1920x1080 or 1024x768 if it comes to it just fine

1080p is blurry by the exact nature of it. Because the pixel density is so low. That's why it's so cheap and easy to drive and over 20 years old now.

You can see by the included screenshot that it's nothing to do with the image output from the GPU, but related to the monitor display.

But even if it looked incredibly sharp, it would still be an absolute waste of a GPU for that monitor and would still be unsuitable. The advice would still be that it was wasting a good spec PC.

I know exactly what you are saying but 1920x1080 isn't *that* bad, from that screenshot it looks more like the game settings are wrong as the fonts for one don't look right which is normally a give away for something not setup correctly.

To conclude I agree a better monitor would be the way to go for sure.

In the meantime, check your ClearType settings in windows and confirm WoW graphic settings are set to run in 1080 resolution

Could you take a picture of your monitor in wow rather than a screenshot as (although its been a while since I last played wow) it seems to be as i remember it from your screenshot.

I use 1080p and it's fine. Not blurry at all and I'm at 27 inches so it aint small either. OK so my eyes aren't as good as they were but no way can you see pixels, even close up. I think you have a faulty monitor.
