rma turnaround times

Hi all, sorry if this is in the wrong section but couldnt see the best place to put it. My new laptop (was delivered friday) is being picked up tomorrow to be returned to pcs due to a faulty gpu.:( I was wondering if anybody could give me advice on what sort of turnaround times pcs has for this type of repair.
If it makes a difference it is an optimus II laptop and it is the Nvidia gt555 gpu that had failed. I know i wont see it this side of the weekend but i am hopping its not a 2 week wait. It was a good laptop and missing the graphics already.

I Have moved this thread to a more appropriate section of the forums.

Our current RMA lead times are around 4-5 working days for laptop RMA's. Stock levels for laptop spares are good so there should be no delay with the repair and return of your laptop.
