RMA Process

Hi,

I have just requested an RMA and paid the amount (£35.00).

I was expecting another screen to appear in order for me to state what was wrong with the PC or send them my address and arrange a time of collection for the system but instead it directed me back to the PCS homepage as if the procedure was completed.

What is the usual process for an RMA with PCS as I have tried to look online and haven't been able to find any information as of yet.

Probably best give PCS a call,

Monday - Friday 9am - 8pm and on Saturdays 9am - 5pm.

It should send you straight through to the RMA form after that stage. I would suggest contacting us on 0333 011 7000 and we can fill in the form for you.

I have tried several times and the links that I assume are supposed to take me to the system RMA form are instead taking me to the PCS homepage. I'm not sure if this is an issue for anybody else or just myself.

I've booked in my RMA over the phone now, thanks for your help and advice!
