rgb not able to turn off

First thing I'd suggest is to get in touch with PCS and register the PC with them that way they will be able to provide tech support if you're needing.
Are you meaning it doesn't turn off when the PC turns off?
In the short term I suppose you could turn the power off at the wall but I appreciate that isn't a fix.
I saw that you posted on a different thread, I'm not sure if that OP will come back as they've not been back since December but will leave the post there. Did you try any of the other things in that thread (https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/forums/threads/rgb-not-responding.99521/ <-- for ease of any other readers)
