If you log into your main PCS account and go to the downloads section, all your drivers are in there.

i tried this but nothing is in my downloads
Did you buy it from PCS?

If there’s nothing in your downloads then you need to contact them directly and get your account setup.

If you didn’t buy directly through PCS then you need to register the machine with them.

What model is it? As PCS laptops are based on a few manufacturers, if you give us the model, we might be able to point you in the right direction.

Note also, if using the latest Windows 10, I did a 'reset' last week and lost the Sound Blaster Connect App, In the end I downloaded the full Windows re-installation ISO (I believe you can do this using the "microsoft recovery media creator windows 10" and did a fresh install. This brought back the Sound Blaster App and all the latest drivers.
All I really ended up doing was downloading the Clevo Control Centre (as mine is based on a clevo chassis) direct from Clevo themselves to give me Keyboard RGB, Fan Control and power modes (Performance, Quiet, Power Saving, Entertainment).
