Hi,

Hope someone could help me with my issue... Got my PC 2 days ago and I'm really happy, everything was perfect until yesterday. The RGB on the top front fan stopped working but keep running when the pc is on. I was looking on the Icue software but not really sure where I'm supposed to look.

iCUE isn't the most intuitive in my experience If you go into the commander and on the LHS go to lighting setup it should show you all the fans and you can adjust the lighting on. Lighting Channel 1 (maybe 2 on yours?) should allow you to assign the light profile to the fans themselves.

If that doesn't work, it might be the case that your fans LED cable has come loose?

Thank you for answering. When I look on the "Lightning channel" it shows the 3 fans and I can change the colours but it works only for 2 fans, the middle and bottom one but the top stay without any lights...

The cables seems to be where should be but I cannot really tell, again it was working on the first day. On the second day, the pc had to restart for an update and the light on the top was gone... It's not a major issue, the fan is working, just aesthetic but I wanna try to fix it.

Do any lights come on when you go into 'lighting setup' Its so you can position the fans in icue so they more closely match your real world setup.

So I took a deeper into "lighting setup" and the issue was there, somehow I managed to fix it. Thank you for messages, really helped me but tbh this software is so bad made!!

I would suspect it's either a loose wire (the lighting node connectors look fine but it may be the splitter where the issue is, where the fans all plug into before then going on to the LN). Alternatively, it may simply be a dud fan...I recall someone else having the same issue with the same case I think
Thank you for message, I've checked every wires that I could access and I think everything is good. The issue came frome the "lighting set up".
Honestly thank you lads to be there and help the community

As you go on, you might find from time to time that some of the elements randomly switch from whatever lighting profile you set up on iCue to something else. If that happens, exiting iCue completely and restarting it usually does the trick.
