Replacing 12 year old desktop

Hi
This is my first post what do you think of this spec please.
We use our computer for internet browsing and emails. We watch a few videos and U-tube. We use Word and Excel quite a lot. We don't play games and don't use any really processor intensive programs like Photoshop. We want a computer that is both quiet and fast and that might last us 10 years! (I am old, old age pensioner and this might see me out!)
I have chosen i3 processor as it is cheaper and runs cooler. I have not gone for separate graphics card as we don't play games and standard graphics on i3 are adequate?? I have gone for 480GB SSD drive as we don't need huge storage and SSD is faster and quieter than a HDD drive and generates less heat. I have gone for VS series power supply - should I be paying more still for quieter performance??
Any comments most welcome

Hi
Had no replies at all to my post. Perhaps many forum users are just interested in gaming PCs? Anyway decided to go to my local private computer dealer/builder just 10 minutes drive away and have placed my order with him and spent about £200 more and upped my spec on his advice. On reflecting on my original quote I realised I also wanted a fairly quiet PC as in future years, if we downsize, this PC might have to be in a lounge or even a bedroom.
So first the case chosen is a Corsair Silencio 100R case which is acoustically lined. The case fans will be disabled as they will not be needed.
The PSU fits at the bottom of the case and will be a semi-fanless model, the Corsair RM650X which is gold plus standard. The fan speed is normally zero and only starts up if the temperature rises. Most user reviews are very positive. It has a 7 year guarantee.

My local PC specialist advised upgrading from i3-6100 processor to i5-6400. He said as I wasn't going to have separate graphics card the standard chipset graphics on the i5 are better than the i3. He advised better to spend the money on better CPU than on a cheap graphics card which may need cooling.
He also advised on a CPU cooler and advised me to go for the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo which has a 120mm fan and runs very quietly most of the time. Apart from some problems with DIY fiiting most reviews are positive.
He advised the Samsung EVO 850 500GB SSD drive as being the best value around the £150 price range.
I feel confident that I have now ordered a PC that will last us at least 10 years.
