Replacement keyboard

I have the exact same laptop (from 2016).
I am looking for a replacement keyboard but am not sure where to go.

What is the best way to 'talk to PCS' to source replacement parts?

If you go into your online account, you'll get the upgrades section on your order, if they have any keyboards in stock then you can order through there.

I am logged into my account and have looked all up and down the site. Can't seem to find the upgrades section

Go to orders, then select the order you want to upgrade. Scroll to the bottom there will be a green button saying upgrade
