Recoil ll RTX 2070 bad performance, help!!

My new 17.3'' recoil rtx 2070 just arrived and i noticed that the gpu don't perform as it should. I get arround 5800 on time spy when i should get arround 7500 compared to same specs laptops. I used MSI Afterburner for test and is always on power limit and GPU temperatures stock arround 63℃ and should stay around 75℃. Any idea?

Hi roc, anything from PCS on the topic? I've sent them screenshots as requested. Did you had a chance to update nvidia driver to the latest from March? It gave me couple more points but still below expectations

I'm talking with them, but now I can't do to much until next week, bicouse I'm on travel. For now they just send me a video on how to optimitze control panel and all that for max gaming performence. Keep me updated please, Thanks.

hi guys, I'm in the same situation, low performance, when I run the benchmark the GPU is always power limited or voltage capped.
I tried in every way with MSI afterburner but nothing, I could not improve. If there are news let me know. thank you

I think bana845 found the problem, in Nvidia Control Panel, under "Configure Surround, PhysX" the CPU was selected as the PhysX processor rather than the GPU. Once it was set properly, the performance matched mine. On mine it's set as Auto-select, if yours is the same then maybe try specifically selecting the RTX
