Recoil iv or Proteus viii

Which laptop is better in terms of cooling, fan noise? I am struggle between 2 of them. The only downside for proteus is lack of thunderbolt3 and high noise from fans.

For the addition of thunderbolt alone, I would suggest the recoil. With thunderbolt you have the option to attach an eGPU when the on board GPU is getting too weak thereby extending the gaming life of the machine enormously.
