Recoil III - Windows 10 apps not working (Settings, Display etc)

Hi,

I just received my Recoil III laptop. After running through the Windows setup, I discovered that I can't open many of the built-in Windows apps, such as Settings and Display settings. I get this message when I try to open it...

"This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action"

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I've tried performing an SFC scan and DISM scan, but neither have helped in resolving the issue.

If anyone can help it's greatly appreciated.

This is my first experience with PC-Specialist and I'm a bit let down to be honest. If anyone can help it's greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately windows setups go wrong, it's not the fault of PCS, more of Microsoft.

The easiest way to rectify is do a fresh install from here:
