RAM speed

Hi,

I have just looked on task manager to check my ram speed and it says its only running 2133 MHz and the ram i have is meant to be 3200 MHz. Is there any way of changing that or is it not a problem. ( i do not know much about pc's)

In the BIOS you'll have a DOCP or XMP part, it's literally just a drop down, just need to change it to 3200mhz

I have been into bios but i cant seem to change anything to make it work.
