Hi all,
Will be buying a custom PC in next few months and always liked the PCSpecialist brand and reasonable prices. Will post my spec closer to the time as waiting to see how the land pans in regard to new upcoming tech (e.g. nivdia 5000 series, AMDs new CPUs such as 9950 x3d).
Appreciate this may not be the right thread (happy to be redirected) but I just wanted to check in before this though with the expert gurus on here what your experience is in terms of the lag time between new "in demand" product (e.g. 5080, 5090) being on the market and PCspecialist making it available as an option in their PC customisation?
For example I appreciate the Founders edition 5080 and 5090 will land end of the month and I am guessing board partner ones shortly after but how soon (and appreciate this is a crystal ball question) will they be available via PC Specialist. Ditto for newer AMD CPUs.
I did have a scout on the forums and see some folks are recommending ordering a PC computer without graphics cards and then getting a Founder's edition separately but I am keen to probably see some proper full reviews on what the new hardware are like before making any decisions.
Any thoughts appreciated.
