I believe they’re back to normal operation as of today.

We are still open as a business on the days below and I can confirm our production staff are in on these days (excl Saturday and evenings), however we do operate with less staff on the production side due to the festive period.

Sorry for the confusion, production are in today, monday and tuesday but not the full production staff.

i feal your pain, been w8ting for almost 4 weeks now for my build , but its xmas so it is what it is
to be fair i dont mind untill it works perfectly after arrival

Well, would be disappointing if it wouldn't work on arrival & that happens often due to transport.

Totally depends on how busy they are, there’s no normal time frame, could be anywhere from 6 days to 15 days.
