Question about after ordering a PC from PCS

Hi PCS

On Saturday I purchased a new PC, payed through Google Checkout etc.

I also payed for the 3 day fast track, and I haven't been sent a username and password to track my PC. Do I get this now or later?

This is a weird one. Did you get an order confirmation from Google Checkout or PC Specialist? As far as I'm aware, you should have received both a GoogleCheckout Number and another order number from us (PC Specialist).

The only order/quote on the system under your forum name or "Sintect" is in "Awaiting Payment", which must mean that the payment was not completed. I'd follow Gorman's recommendation of calling our Sales Team.

I got an e-mail saying the order was completed.

Just for an update google are currently reviewing the order. Sometimes when a google checkout purchase is made, they take a while to review / check it and only when they have done that do they update our site to indicate the order has been sucessfull. Usually this is done within 48 hours. I would check again tomorrow, and also check your google account which should have been created at the time of ordering.

Yeah I made the account as soon as I created the Gmail, and I also checked the history and it said that it was completed. Silly Google!
