question about 4TB CRUCIAL T705 GEN 5 M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD in pc

hello, i was just wondering, i have a custom build set up to order soon and was going to choose a 4TB CRUCIAL T705 GEN 5 M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD for storage but i have heard it gets too hot without a heat sync. does it already come with one or is there a way to choose for one to be included?

Firstly, a T705 isn’t going to be any benefit for storage, speeds won’t be utilised.

Secondly, any modern motherboard has heatskinks over the M2 slots

Thirdly, for storage SSDs aren’t advised because they fail without warning catastrophically. HDDs are still optimal As storage because they fail sector by sector so you have months or warning where you can copy the data onto a replacement drive, and speeds don’t make any difference except for initial transfers

I would get some advice on the build as a whole though

sorry for the wrong wording, by storage i mean just for having everything on, which will mostly be games and windows as it would be my only drive and based on my pc now i doubt it will have much of anything else on. thank you for letting me know about heat sinks i just assumed they were a separate part that needed buying. Appreciate the help

I would strongly suggest getting some advice on the build. A singular drive is a bad idea both from performance and when you need to clean install (which will absolutely be necessary)
