It really depends on budget and if you want to spend a bit more to get a better product.
They may not be the best, and recently corsair has been caught using cheaper parts, but they are not terrible. if you can then perhaps consider the RM series for the 0rpm fan mode and some slightly better components.
I can only say that I have more than 30 high end PCs in a full on GPU cluster working flat out 24/7 all using Corsair HX power supplies and despite running multiple graphics cards and high end CPUs I haven't had one failure in 30 months. The other series PSUs might also be fine but I can only tell you how amazing the higher specification ones are.
