Problems with loud fan noises on new Desktop

I was wondering why my desktop tends to start over heating and the fan starts to get really noisy when I play certain games such as cyberpunk or warzone. The back of the desktop where the display port is plugged into / where my graphics card is located begins to heat up very quickly.
I'll post my specs below, any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
