Problems locating second storage after reinstalling windows

Hey. So after reinstalling windows, (was recomended by PCspecialist), I can no longer find my second 2tb storage. Any help please?

Also the clov control center donst work. States OSD only, and with fan speed settings control it states that "This machine does not supoort"

Does it show up in disc Management tool, I'm assuming when you say the second drive I assume this is the one:

2TB PCS 2.5" SSD, SATA 6 Gb (520MB/R, 470MB/W

If you can't see it in there check in the BIOS

What was the reason that you were advised to do a clean install?

How do I get to that? And yeah it its that one.
I was advised since due to 2 problems.
1. When my cpu power was set to 100% max I would get around 76. even with full fans I would hover around 65 (both while idle). (tried repasting, but didnt have an effect)
2. I was having issues with audio delays when I had the amd Ryzen master op and runing (already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it)
The guy said that it was the first thing they would do anyway, i I were to get a RMA. And it would take like 4 weeks

from "my downloads" under the order, right? Im doing that right now. I wasnt aware you had to install all of them to locate the 2nd storage?

No, you don’t use those, windows update should fin all the relevant drivers apart from control center which you’d get from www.clevo.com.tw

Then im not sure how to check. So the clevo center from mircosoft store isnt good?

Well anyway currenty I have the following problems:
1. Black boxes everywhere in AMD ryzen master (attached photo) (have tried to reinstall it)
2. unable to konfigure fingerprint (says that there is no compatible fingerprint scanner)
3. Streaming services seems to lack a bit more than before I reinstalled (Dosn´t seem as smooth) (I´ve tried dowloading a title from netflix, turned off my wifif, and still the same happens)
4 Still have the same issues as I had before I treid to reinstall
- CPU temps high (in the 75, or 65 if the fans is set to max. This is while not under load) ( maybe its to early to tell, after a reinstall of windows?)
- streaming services lag behind in audio when ryzen master is open

Until you have all necessary drivers installed (via Windows Update) and necessary control software (like Gaming Centre/Hotkey or whatever its called now) it's impossible to do any meaningful troubleshooting. Open Device Manager and check that no entries have a yellow triangle next to them.

You need to know what they are and locate the drivers for them. Sadly they're not in English. We can help you identify them however, do the following for each one....

1. Open Device Manager
2. Right-click on each device and select Properties
3. In the window that opens click the Details tab
4. In the Property pull-down menu, select Hardware Ids
5. Post a screenshot of each of that output (the stuff in the Value box below).

One of them was the nvidia driver (or at least I just installed that since my brightness didnt work either. it Asked me to login to my nvidia account. is that a thing or is it optional)
