Problem with Truesuite Fingerprint software on Vortex 3 elite

Hi,

Has anyone else had any problems with the software named in the title?

I had it working fine from when the laptop was new. But now it dont start when logging in for example. I did reinstall the software and the log in part worked, but now its not working again.....it also doesn't kick in when visiting websites that i had a fingerprint set up on.

Any ideas

Have you checked that the driver is enabled/recognised on device manager, not sure what else it could be unless there is a fault with the fingerprint scanner. You may want to call pcs technical support for some assistance
