Pre Production

My Pc on order has been in Pre Productions since the 15-11-10!!

Getting a bit worried now. Does it usually take this long for it to be at this stage??

That makes it about the 9th working day so far I reckon, so I'd have thought it would be getting to building soon, remember PCS are very busy at the moment.
The pre-production stage takes the longest, once you get to the next step, it generally steams through.

Yep, pre production / the queue to get on the production line is the longest part, compounded by the amount of orders we are dealing with at the moment.
