Pre-ordering 7970M...

I would like to order the Vortex III with the 7970M, but it says I would need to preorder the card since it obviously isn't out yet. Just some questions about how this works when preordering a component is involved:

1) Would PCS take payment straight away or wait until they have the 7970M in stock before charging?
2) If they do take payment straight away do they build the system beforehand (and keep you updated) and just wait for the graphic card to arrive?
3) If you're charged straight away, I assume you can cancel your order anytime before shipping and get a full refund?

1. Payment would be taken straight away.

2. Normally we would build the system beforehand, but unfortunately our notebooks come pre-assembled with GPUs (even though the Vortex series are interchangeable) so on this occasion it would not be assembled.

3. Of course :)
