Pre-built with Intel I7 14700k, should I do BIOS update?

Hey, just recently purchased a pre-built from here with the intel i7 14700F CPU and ASUS PRIME B760-PLUS D4 motherboard.
Wondering if I should immediately do a bios update to safeguard my CPU from melting itself, and if so where would I find the latest update? Would it be safe to install the latest update from ASUS motherboard site, or would this void the warranty?
Or is this problem already fixed and updated in the new pre-builts?

You'd need to register it with PCS which will activate your account and warranty.

If you flash a BIOS without their approval you void your warranty.

No worries, you can either call them, they should have a localized number on the homepage of your country or the nearest country.

If there isn't a local number, if you create an account on the main website, then you can raise a support ticket through there

Or you can email [email protected] but be aware that can take up to a week or so for a response.
