pre built barebone?

What do you actualy get in pre built barebone. Do you get the motherboard and psu built in and you have to get the rest your self such as cpu and and memory etc.

Also is there a diference in prebuilt barebone and just a barebone pc?. Might sound a stupid???. hehe
