Powerful PC for photo editing not gaming - comments on case, m/b and video card pleas

Please check out this spec for a powerful system that can handle audio and photo editing. No gaming.
1. I have had the Sileo 500 case and like it, but it doesn't seem to be available now. Is this Silencio 550 similar? I need the system to be as quiet as possible.
2. I'm out of date on motherboards - did I choose the right one?
3. I'm out of date on video cards - is this a sensible ATI card (I don't want nVidia)?
4. I like a powerful power supply, 750W may seem too much to you but I have twice had smoke and failure in the past from failed power supplies and prefer to over spec them.

2. Not planning to add anything except perhaps an extra 8GB memory one day.
4. No it wasn't.

Looks fine to me. I have the Silencio 650 case (and a rig with the 500 case) and it's great. The 550 is more like the 650 with a front opening door.

I made some changes - went for a motherboard that can take more memory and can take more SATA 6Gb connections, for future expansion.
Used integrated graphics - no gaming with this PC.
Does this look OK please?

You may want to get a 750ti graphics card of you're planning on doing photo editing as it will probably still need a decent Gpu at points. To afford it I'd put the processor to an i5 and get the GPU
