Post us the full specification of what you picked.
Gonna be a very tight budget with 400£

There’s just no way you can configure a custom PC at that budget that would be worth it.

a console will give much better performance.

What do you mean the processor 'is' a 2600x? Do you already own that or something and building this entirely yourself?
