Just tweaked the order and added a 60gb SSD.
Is case size sufficient for cooling due to oc'd processor. Any feedback would be welcome.

Whats your budget and what're you using it for?

Somebody would be able to get you a better spec if they knew :)

Using it as a media centre ie gaming, films, music etc. Looking at a budget of up to £1200, which on the current set-up is just about wasted.

Do you really need an overclocked system?

I will post a non overclocked option, see what you make of it.

Main changes
Faster mechanical hard drive. With your budget and inteneded uses i don't see their being any need for a SSD, the caviar black is a very good drive for what you intend to do.

Upgraded the GPU so it will be able to breeze through games for longer.

Upgraded PSU to the corsair because it just a better psu for not alot more money.

I removed all the overclocking specific stuff because i doubt you would notice if you had an overclocked system or not, even when gaming because you originaly had a gtx 560ti. I suspect the gpu would hold you back before you needed more cpu power. If you do go the OC route, i would get the watercooling option.

Appreciated. Tbh i have been debating my choice of gpu. Would upgrading to the gtx 570 make it worthwhile keeping it oc'd. I think my main worry has been the cooling for the processor. Would the titan be sufficient and if it is, do i have the correct case size as i believe the fan is large and would possibly mean the removal of one of the case fans.

I would say their is still no reason for you to have an overclocked CPU even with the GTX 570. The most important part of you system for gaming is the GPU, you should have no problems gaming on a standard i5 for a long long time.

That said if you want overclocked then fair enough, all overclocks done by pcs are covered by them. So you should have no problems. I would get watercooling and the overclock thermal paste. That way your case will be fine. I'm not sure if the titan will mean the removal of fans from your case or not, it's not something i have followed so any advice would be a geuss.

Thanks for the advice mantadog. Gunna stick with the oc. But took your advice and have now ordered the water cooling and the paste. Have stuck with the ssd for my os and a couple of games but upgraded the hdd to the 1tb caviar black also upgraded the psu to the corsair 650w. Have also now ordered the nvidia 570. Just waiting now for it to come off processing. Thanks again.
