Hi,

I have tried to turn my PC on after getting back from work and it won't turn on. I've had the PC just over a month. The led light on the mother board is on so I know that there is power to the machine. Any suggestions?

Thanks

I contacted PCS and they suggested I remove CMOS battery, hold down the power button for 30secs and then once the battery is re-installed try turning the PC on again. This hasn't solved the issue :(

It's a solid red light running down the side of the motherboard. I'm unsure if these are the RGB lights though... I've spoken with PCS and they're going to send a replacement power supply? Hopefully it will solve the issue?

Sorry I forgot to mention that the light displaying is on the bottom right of the motherboard so probably the RGB lights? In which case there are no other lights displaying.

Ah I see now. None of those LED lights are on so it must just be the RGB lights that are working (I can't remember what setting I had these on). It could well be the power supply and they are sending a replacement.

Thank you for your help, much appreciated.

Hi, just to let you know that it was the power supply. On startup the PC does have one short beep that I didn't notice before. Is this normal? Maybe I just didn't notice it.

PCS sent me a replacement power supply and collected the faulty one. I managed to change it myself to avoid having to send back the whole machine, it was simple enough although the cable management at the back doesn't look as neat anymore.
 totally missed you saying they were sending a new one...!
