Please help I'm new to PCs

I am interested in getting the below set up for my son for xmas. He plays games like overwatch, cod, fortnite, gta, etc. Also he has a 4k tv could i run it on this. And any ideas for gaming mouse and keyboard would be great.

If you can, I would spend just a little bit more and get a current AMD system. The price difference is actually minimal but I have added a few other things that are nice to have.... unfortunately they cost money...

Better case for airflow (cheaper, win)
Modern processor
Fast RAM
TXm PSU (Better standard of PSU, it's modular too so less clutter and cables)
Proper WIFI card, the standard one isn't much use. If you don't need one then just ditch it.
Silver warranty, should be the minimum really.

It'll work fine on a 4k TV but it won't play well at 4k, it will need to down-scale to 1080p for decent frame rates. It will do all this on the 4k TV though.
