First off all what's your intended purpose for this computer? What is your budget, The price of the computer.

This site is completely legit, I thought the same as you at first but if you look on "about us" tab it will shows proof that they are. The have thousands of customers and good customer service, If you have any question contact them either by Phoning or live chat.

It looks good to me, though I'm assuming you have your own HDD to plug in? That 256GB M.2 NVMe SSD will be great for Windows and your programs but it's a tad small for user data.

Not having recovery media means you'll have to download a Windows 10 iso should you need to do a reinstall. That's not a problem but it means extra work.

This is a legit site and the price you have been quoted is the price you will pay, though I'm not sure how they handle exchange rate movements.

I would encourage you to read the PCS Terms and Conditions here so you know exactly what to expect.

yea i have a sshd of seagate 1tb. i mainly use this laptop for gaaming. cant offer gtx 1080. thats why im going for gtx 1070.

I think it's to do with the costs that PayPal would charge - but if you want an official reason you will have to contact PCS as this post may not be seen by any PCS staff.

Paypal charge a fee based on the value.

This website: https://www.shopify.co.uk/tools/paypal-fee-calculator - Is an example of a calculator to work out charges. So for example.
As the calculator I linked is $Dollors I shall use that as an example.

Cost of Laptop: $1500
Paypal Fees: 2.9% + 0.30
Fee to Pay: $43.80

That means PCS will only receive $1456.20

So that would mean the higher the value of the item, the higher the charges, the less money PCS actually receive.
Now as PCS already have very competitive prices you might find that they will just loose money if they offer a Paypal service.

oh. thars how paypal works.
by the way some pcs operators told me/wrote me the pick n return warranty does not cover italy. and some say it covers italy. what is the real deal?

Since the vast majority of forums users do not work for PCS we cannot tell you, we can only show where other people have got a response on the subject - which was done in your other thread, in other words the vast majority of forum users cannot tell you.
