Hi. I recently bought PCSpecialist Ultra 500.
Here are the specs:
AMD Ryzen™ 7 7800X3D
AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT
ASUS Prime X670-P
After a few days I started to have problems with restarting. If you switch computer on it works fine. But you you restart from windows the buzzer beeps twice, computer stays on but there is no signal on the monitor. I checked, motherboard doesn't give any image either in this state.
Eventually it stopped booting at all. Then it did and offered to recover windows 11, which I declined. Then it became working again.
About a week passed. I was installing lots of windows updates. Which involve lots of being stuck on update screen followed by eventual restart. And it started again. Two beeps and nothing on the screen after restart. But normal functioning when switching on.
This time I tried to unplug as much as possible in the back and use other usb ports. Nothing helped. Eventually I took out one RAM stick and it came back to normal. After inserting also normal.
How likely is that that particular RAM stick placement was causing this? It fixed itself the first time without me touching it.
Also the second time I tried to make sure it is fully inserted. Didn't help. Only removing and inserting back did.
I find that this happening specifically during restart is super weird.
I'm not familiar, is it normal for push Start to Desktop to take 53 seconds with one short buzzer beep in the middle? If it happens during startup one beep is normal, right?
Should I update BIOS?
