Running the risk of sounding like a 13yr old “fanboy” I thought it would be a good idea to start this thread for several reasons.
1. Credit where credit is due
With PCS processing thousand(s?) of orders a month, the relatively light negative feedback (on this forum) is a testament to the quality product PCS provides.
2. Helpful staff
Be it on the phone, online support, email or through the forum, the PCS staff have shown an infinite amount of patience. I know what its like to answer the same question a thousand times trying to educate the uneducated and ignorant on how you are doing your best with the resources you have at hand.
3. After sales support
This is linked to point 2. To many companies nowadays are happy to disregard the customer once they have pocketed your hard earned cash. PCS do actually care about their product and customer enough to value the customer (after they have pocketed your hard earned cash)
I am a returning customer and currently have an order in. But i am secure in the knowledge that -
1. My (bespoke) pc will be put together to a high standard - unlike the mass produced overpriced dross that some high street shops sell to the happily ignorant casual shopper. Usually by some slick salesperson who appears to know “everything” about computers and your needs (yes, you know what company im talking about)
2. In the unlikely chance my pc does go wrong, i know i can rely on friendly knowledgable staff (based in the uk) that do not patronise, do not read from a script and get straight to the problem at hand.
Anyway, i know this is probably best in “Testimonials” but after seeing a few “my pc isn’t working” and “I still haven’t got my order” threads, i thought this would be a good place for it.
So lets hear your stories (good or bad) on your experiences with PCSpecialists.
(and/or any particular staff members )
