PCS Overclocking

I've ordered an i7 2600k, a ASUS® P8P67k mobo and 8Gb Kingston DDR3 1600mhz.

Will PCS overclock the system before it is sent to me as i would'nt like to try an overclock it myself.

If the system is not overclocked then 1600Mhz would be wasted and would have to get 1333Mhz instead.

Not quite true. That motherboard and the 1600MHz RAM that PCS use support a feature called XMP. It's a type of overclocking that doesn't involve overclocking the CPU - just the timings and voltages for the memory. It's a simple, one-click option that doesn't require any technical knowledge or involve any risk to the components - the board is designed to work that way.

There's a decent increase in performance from 1333 to 1600MHz - not spectacular but certainly noticeable - so if it's within your budget it's worth going for.
