PC specialist screen stuck

My PC is stuck on the black screen that says 'PC speciaistl ' it's a newly built machine roughly 6 months old PCS aren't open today to call so I'm stuck!

Can anyone please help me

Are there any beeps on the motherboard during boot up and have you ensured that the hard drive/SSD is connected properly (it may have come loose at some point).

Thank you , i tried this it loaded up .. how can the ssd come loose so i know for future?

It may have come loose during transit to the point where a tiny knock on the computer would break the connection. It shouldn't fall out again though as it should be clipped in unless it gets carried or moved regularly.
