PC Specialist Build - is my PSU sufficient/any other feedback?

So, building my first PC. I'd like your opinions on this! Specifically will the PSU be enough for this build.

I will use it for gaming on, such as ArmA 3 and GTA V which is very CPU and GPU reliant.

While the PSU is technically sufficient, that setup is not well balanced for gaming. The case is poor, the motherboard is more expensive than you need at this budget, and the CPU and GPU aren't well balanced. Perhaps consider something like:

I know Arma III is supposed to be quite demanding on the CPU, but not to the extent of pairing a £300 i7 with a ~£150 GTX 1050 ti. And for other games like GTA-V the i5 + GTX 1060 / RX 480 combo is much more balanced.

The combination of an i5 + gtx 1060 will run games including Arma significantly better that the spec you chosen.

It should do well. I'm not sure there are many PCs out there even costing a lot more than the above that necessarily run Arma III on max settings as "a breeze" per se. It seems to be one of those games that doesn't necessarily perform much better even when you tip twice as much money over its head. http://www.ocaholic.co.uk/modules/smartsection/item.php?itemid=3957&page=2

But it should do as well as or better than any other spec off this website you could configure for the price.

The game seems not to care much whether you're using an i5 or an i7: http://www.techspot.com/review/712-arma-3-benchmarks/page5.html so hyperthreading doesn't seem to benefit it.
