PC Spec for casual gaming and test labs (windows server stuff & Cisco)

Hi There Guys,

Would appreciate your opinion on the below spec, I will be playing some of the latest games on it like GTA V, Fifa etc... but I will mainly be using this for Hyper-V virtual server environments to do more studying, would the below be ok for this? Many thanks in advance for your comments!

You will probably want more cores for vms especially if you plan to run more than one at once, also virtual box is a better alternative to hyper-v. Having used both virtual box has much more features e.g the ability to actually change the screen res and more control over the vm

I would strongly disagree with this, Hyper-V is very flexible if you know what you're doing, and changing screen res etc is straightforward. It's also an industry standard along with VMWare, whereas virtual box isn't.
