Hi, looking for some help with a new build PC issue.
I've had this PC since December and I had trouble from the start. Initially, I would play Valorant and the PC would just freeze and shut down and the orange VRAM light would show up. There would be no error messages, I would just turn the PC off and back on and it would boot just fine.
Eventually it stopped happening for Valorant but is now happening for games like Apex and Destiny 2. It definitely isn't that the build cannot handle the games as the build is as follows:
Case NZXT H511 MID-TOWER GAMING CASE (WHITE)Processor
(CPU) AMD Ryzen 7 5800X Eight Core CPU (3.8GHz-4.7GHz/36MB CACHE/AM4)
Motherboard ASUS® TUF X570-PLUS GAMING (USB 3.2 Gen 2, PCIe 4.0, CrossFireX) -ARGB Ready!
Memory (RAM)32GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO DDR4 3200MHz (4 x 8GB)
Graphics Card10GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 - HDMI, DP, LHR1st
Storage Drive2TB SEAGATE BARRACUDA SATA-III 3.5" HDD, 6GB/s, 7200RPM, 256MBCACHE
1st M.2 SSD Drive2TB SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 3500MB/R,3300MB/W)DVD/BLU-RAY DriveNOT REQUIRED)
Power Supply CORSAIR 750W TXm SERIES™ SEMI-MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET
I have tried altering CPU current as I found that was a fix that worked for some but I'm feeling like this may be a PSU issue? I also occasionally have the issue when just browsing the internet or watching Netflix etc. however it is far more frequent when playing the games mentioned above.
Any advice is welcome, thanks!
