PC lights and fan come on, but power button flashes and nothing on screen

I shut my PC down as usual last night. When I came to turn it on this morning, all the rgb lights in the case came on and all the fans are working. The power button comes on with a solid light for a few seconds before it starts flashing. Nothing comes up on either of my monitors, no log in screen or anything. Both monitors just say no signal. I have checked all wires are plugged in properly so I fear it is the actual PC. I have held the power button down for ten seconds and tried again. I have also turned it off at the wall and unplugged it but each time the same things happen.
Also, not sure if it is at all relevant, but both my keyboard and mouse have lights, but only the mouse is lighting up, the keyboard is not.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, not only do I want to game, I also need it to access uni work.

How are your monitors connected? What cable type (Display port, HDMI) and are they both connected to your GPU?
Do you hear any beep sounds from PC when it starts?

Hi, thank you for your reply, connected via Display port, both connected to GPU. There are no beep sounds.

Maybe try disconnecting both monitors from GPU and then connect one to the motherboard hdmi slot and use the on board graphics of cpu. See if you get a post or anything on screen.
