Hi guys I got my pc back from pcs last Friday for the 3rd time and it all was working well and then today I was playing battlefield 4 when my pc just shut itself off without warning and restarted no errors were given or anything this is my setup
Asus sabertooth p67 rev 3
I7 2600k oc to 4.5
16gb ram
Gtx 580
1050 watt corsair psu
My temps on cpu around 55 to 60 full load
Gpu temps full load about 79
My psu is new and my motherboard has also been changed although there are scratches on the motherboard heatsinks what could I do to test to see what faults there are I don't want to send it back again for the fourth time otherwise I will ask for money back

Hey there, sounds like you're having a pretty bad time! Sorry to hear about that.

If you do switch it off at the wall then switch it back on, do the fans etc. come back on straight away? Has this happened every time since you got the PC back or only since it crashed playing BF4 the first time (or was that pretty much the first time it was 'off' after you'd got it back and set up again)?

Thx for the reply basically it's doing the same thing as what happened the first time I sent it back first it was a psu problem then it turned out to be motherboard.
When I shut down pc as normal windows shows that there is nothing running in back ground then the screen goes black but the fans are still running and the green light is still on the motherboard I know that the psu is powerful enough to handle what I have.

If you've already been through the RMA process the best thing you can do (in my opinion) would be to continue diagnosing it with PCS unfortunately. I'd get in touch with them (unless someone on here can suggest something :))

Well phoned pcs have to move graphics card to another pci express lane and see if it still happens which I know it will because it's the symptoms I had when I first sent it off.
I wonder if i could get my money back as this will be the forth time of having to send the pc back yet again.

Not sure about getting your money back, I think PCS have the 'right' to attempt to diagnose/fix the fault before you'd necessarily be entitled to a refund. I'm no expert in their T's & C's though, you'd be better discussing that with those directly with PCS

I don't like to rant and rave about but this will be the forth time in a space of 2months
