PC is super slow

Not sure why but my brand new pc is going mega slow, I can't even open chrome or task manager or restart the PC!

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have a
I7-10700k
Asus rog strict z490f
64gb 3200mhz ram corsair
RTX 3090

intel 2tb nvme ssd
512gb pcs ssd

I think I have resolved the problem, luckily called my uncle said start it in safe mode and reboot and restart seems to have worked! Can be closed now sorry for the time waste!
