Pc freezing

Hi everyone I’m after a bit of help I bought my son a gaming pc for Christmas it’s been fine until now every time he tries to go on his Fortnite game the pc freezes on the load up screen it only happens with this game my son is autistic so as you can imagine it’s really stressful for him any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

Is this a pc specialist machine, if so please post the full spec from your orders page, if not you'll have to try somewhere like Tom's hardware, as this is a forum decider to pc specialist customers
