PC build for Photo Editing

Hi, my 8 year old PC is nearing its end of life, video card is about to go. I would appreciate if advise can be given on a build. I use Photoshop and Lightroom, I don’t edit videos. Budget is between £1200 and £1300

An Intel spec would offer a bit more performance (~5% - https://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/a...zen-2-vs-Intel-8th-Gen-1136/#BenchmarkResults ) but in order to stay anywhere near your budget you'd be sacrificing motherboard features. The Z370-P doesn't have USB 3.1 Gen 2 for example, while the X470 one above has USB 3.1 Gen 2 types A and C, which could be more forward-looking in terms of future external storage, connecting devices, etc
